Disclosures
Transparency is the most important thing about any transaction, especially those where money changes hands. This section lays out every fee, upfront or paid out from the back end, that a client is expected to pay. It is important to us that we are forthcoming with all the fees as trust is always the number one currency. It's not about affordability it is more about transparency.
- Your initial upfront cost to get started is $2,500 USD + whichever commercial address deposit option you've chosen. This cost covers all the fees related to Phase 1 of the process. Your Grant Coordinator is responsible for collecting this payment and will send you an electronic invoice after you've signed the enrollment agreement from our Enrollment Agreement page. The invoice goes through Square, Inc and can be paid via credit/debit card, PayPal, and Bank ACH debit. Apple Pay, Google Pay, or payment plan programs such as AfterPay, Klarna or Affirm is not supported at this time.
- There are three agreements you'll sign during the process. In Phase 1: your Grant Coordinator's enrollment agreement (listed on the site) and a separate agreement sent to the email you provided on your enrollment agreement from our Finance Team for the commercial address. In Phase 2 there will be a funding proposal agreement you fill out and sign (also sent from the Finance Team to your email).
- Phase 2 is 100% optional. The benefits of participating are the minimum $100,000 capital raise and also the free credit sweep feature for owners that have less than perfect credit. The cost of participating is a 10% performance fee paid from the proceeds of your capital raise (or not out-of-pocket) for any amount under $1M. Capital raises $1M or above carries a 1% down of your anticipated capital raise and then the remaining 9% paid out of the proceeds of your completed capital raise.
- During the funding phase, you receive your capital raise in rounds and not one lump sum. There is a one-time $2,500 refundable deposit paid out of your first round of funding that is reimbursed in full once you reach your complete capital raise. This fee is not to be confused with your enrollment/processing fee to get started in the program.
- The success of the program is based on no alterations to the process. It has been tailored in a way that requires all of the necessary components being in place as the program was originally designed. To alter the contents of the program from a client perspective will remove any approval guarantees from our end (for example, not signing the agreement for the commercial address).
